Sea Sounds, Mundesley, North Norfolk
ABOUT US:
My husband and I purchased this beautiful ground floor apartment in Mundesley, North Norfolk in June 2021. We live in South Norfolk and wanted a coastal retreat which we could both let and enjoy ourselves with our small children for many years to come. The apartment has been used as a holiday let for many years with regular guests returning year on year.
We are looking forward to 2023 and providing our guests with great accommodation.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
We want all our guests to enjoy staying at Sea Sounds as much as we do and to stay somewhere which is cosy, comfortable and most importantly, really clean! Cleanliness is a "big thing" for us and whenever we have stayed in self catering accommodation historically, I have arrived and started cleaning because they never live up to our high standards. Regular thorough cleaning is undertaken in the apartment which does not just include a weekly clean but also those other important things such as professional carpet cleaning, curtain and fabric cleaning and extensive surface cleaning in those areas, which in may self catering properties, remain untouched.
We want our guests to enjoy their stay from the minute they park their car (or arrive by taxi) until the moment they leave and to know that we are at the end of the phone if they need anything.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
A spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment in Mundesley, North Norfolk known as "Sea Sounds" because you can hear the sea when sitting on the patio. You can see the Sea from the side patio area. The apartment has level access throughout including a large private patio area with various tubs and shrubs and is only a 2 minute walk from the beach.
Sea Sounds is part of Seaview Court which is on an elevated position overlooking the sea, coast and the conservation village of Mundesley. Mundesley is a traditional seaside resort with a sandy beach and promenade. There are only 7 luxury apartments in this beautiful building and Sea Sounds is the largest.
The apartment can accommodate 4 guests.
There is a private car parking space for guests to use throughout their stay.
From the apartment, you can walk to all the local amenities (butcher, greengrocer, post office, pubs, restaurant etc).
The apartment is also very well located for exploring other parts of North Norfolk.
We do not accept pets at this time.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Most guests stay with us for 1-2 weeks but we can accommodate shorter stays. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival or earlier by agreement. Check-out is 10am on day of departure.
