We have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing stay at Seasounds in February. Very attractive apartment, warm and cosy and well equipped kitchen. We felt so at home! Thoughtfully put together folder detailing places to visit, eat out and local walks. Perfect location ……the holiday has completely recharged our batteries. Only downside was we couldn’t stay longer! A much needed autumn break by the sea. A return visit but this time with new owners. Everything in the apartment very well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely and clean as we like it. Great for our dog Lily, she loved the beach! Good dog friendly cafes nearby, delicious carvery at the Royal Hotel just 100 yards up from the apartment. Takeaway Fish and chips from the ship were truly delicious. Lovely walks all nearby. Mundesley is a small village but close to Cromer. Would highly recommend this apartment.
We stayed here at the beginning of August having booked the apartment with the previous owner. It is situated across the road from a beautiful dog friendly beach and has its own private parking space. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, we didn't want to leave.
The garden area is pretty and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea from the balcony area. Lucinda is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. We enjoyed the welcome basket of local produce. The only downside was the bed which we felt was a tad hard but otherwise a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely return.

Beautifully clean and wonderfully equipped apartment. Excellent location near to the dog friendly end of Mundersley Beach. Very comfortably furnished & we were so well looked after by Lucinda. I’m sure we’ll visit again.
We’ve just enjoyed a perfect & peaceful week at Sea Sounds with our dog. The apartment is very comfortable, cosy, warm & well equipped, ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. Having a safe enclosed garden for our dog was the deciding factor & with a sandy beach within a 2 minute walk, we could all enjoy lovely beach walks every day, without worrying about where to park the car. Wish we could have stayed longer & plan to return. John & Debbie are perfect hosts & were very helpful & flexible throughout Thank you John for the cake on arrival too!
Lovely apartment in great location just 2 mins from the beach. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need.
We had the most lovely time at Sea Sounds; a haven of peace & tranquility. John & Debbie provide everything you need inside & nature does an equally admirable job outside. A great base if you want to leave the car, walk, swim! forage or spend days on the beach, or take the car and see more of Norfolk. We particularly liked Holt with its independent shops & blackberrying everywhere, lots of jam to look forward to. A home from home, fabulous.
Four of us enjoyed a wonderful week at Sea Sounds. It is ideally situated and a well equipped and beautifully furnished apartment. Mundersley is a delightful village and a good centre to explore the North Norfolk coast. The weather was perfect and we hope to return.
Our 2nd time at Seasounds and undoubtedly not our last, John and Debbie are the perfect hosts and Seasounds and Mundesley are a brilliant place to get away from it all for a week or two.
Just what the Dr ordered...literally! We have just had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Sea Sounds Apartment, enjoying the comfort of the apartment and being only a few steps away from a lovely sandy beach.
The apartment has everything you could possibly want or need with comfortable beds to end the lazy days! Both John and Debbie made us feel welcome on arrival and ensured we knew where everything was. The village is a short walk up the road and but in all honesty we spent most of our days either on the patio or down at the beach with the odd trip here and there. Side access to the lovely and spacious patio made it very easy for us to leave all those necessary beach accessories in a place that is easily accessible when needed - the patio is also excellent for star gazing.
The apartment is also wonderfully located to explore the Norfolk Coast be it North or South - our recommendation would be lunch at the seafood restaurant - Rocky Bottoms, the smokehouse in Cley next the Sea and a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point.
All in all a fabulous, very comfortable apartment and somewhere we will be recommending and staying at again. Thank you!
The apartment is perfectly situated in Mundesley, a short 4 minutes walk and you are on the beach, which is clean and safe. There is good secure private parking and a secure garden to store bikes. The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout with all the facilities you need including WiFi. The kitchen and lounge area is very comfortable and a great place to relax. John and Debbie are great hosts and will give you a warm welcome and will ensure that your stay is comfortable.
Shops, restaurants/food outlets pub etc., are all in a short walking distance of the apartment and a Tesco Express is a short 5 minute drive away. If you are into Golf, the Mundesley golf course is nearby, the driving range is child friendly and have RH and LH golf clubs available. Norwich is a 50 minute drive away, the Park and Ride is good and card payment by contactless can be made on the bus. Cromer and the Norfolk Broads is only 20 minutes drive away, so Mundesly makes for a good base for holiday.
We’ve just had the most amazing week at Seasounds apartment. We were given a very warm welcome and were shown around by John who explained everything to us and presented us with his homemade chocolate cake, which was delicious!! The apartment is fully equipped with a wonderful modern kitchen and was absolutely spotless on our arrival. The enclosed garden is beautiful and completely dog friendly. We felt relaxed the moment we arrived. The beautiful beach is only 2 minutes walk away and the village is also a short walk away with a wonderful butchers and greengrocers. The locals are really friendly and the locals pub serves lovely beer with the garden overlooking the beach and sea !! I really recommend this apartment and village and will definitely be back!!!
We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Sea Sounds. The apartment was absolutely lovely, and so was the garden!
We loved being so close to the beach, and did beautiful walks across the cliffs and along the beach.
We ate ate The Ship pub, where the food was great and enjoyed sitting in the garden looking at the sea. The Royal was also very good, fantastic steak!
We would definitely recommend Sea Sounds, and John was the perfect host!

Stayed for four nights in May as attending a wedding reception in Mundesley. Ground floor apartment with a lovely walk a round patio area with seating etc. As the previous guest comments, I also took my sister who not only has learning difficulties but also mobility issues and she loved it. She found it very easy to move around the apartment and was able to use the shower easily. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Close to the beach, a few shops and a couple of pubs if you don't want to cook at home. Yes the cake goes down well with an afternoon cuppa!.
We stayed in Sea Sounds for 4 days in May 2019.
The apartment was perfect . Very well appointed with everything we needed.
The ‘one level ‘ floor of the apartment was ideal for my sister who has limited mobility.
She was also able to go to the nearby Ship Inn on her scooter were we ate A couple of nights.
Debbie and John were most helpful and John’s chocolate cake was delicious.
We are planning our next visit.
Our family of four plus dog enjoyed a relaxing three days at Sea Sounds in Oct 2018. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable and John was also at the end of the phone if we had a query. The information folder was useful and we enjoyed some of the recommend walks and eateries. We would recommend a stay here.

Myself, my husband and our friend stayed for a week at Sea Sounds in September 2018. The property was perfect for us. We were very comfortable there. The property has a large tv, lovely patio furniture to sit out in the garden and it is well equipped. John was there to welcome us ( along with a smashing chocolate cake and other provisions) and to explain how things worked which was appreciated. Best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in! Really well appointed, home from home, absolutely everything thought of by our great hosts Debbie and John. The beautifully maintained patio/garden is a lovely place to chill in the sunshine. Good quality local produce can be found in the village and there are a variety of excellent foodie pubs near by.
Our stay at Seasounds was absolutely lovely. We had a long weekend 3rd to 6th Nov 17, we would loved to have stayed longer.The apartment exceeded all our expectations it is very well accommodating comfy and cosy it felt very homely. The beach was literally a 3 min walk out the front door to the end of the car park across the road and you are there. lovely walks and views too. We ate at the ship which is about 5 min walk away the food was good it had a nice atmosphere too. The local chippy did great fish and chips biggest piece of rock I've ever had. John the owner greeted us on arrival he ran through everything we needed to know about the apartment and also baked us an amazing cake just perfect. Thank you John & Debbie.
Not only is this a beautiful , comfortable apartment it has all those little things you need- a basket for sandy shoes, bags for making ice cubes and tongs to lift hot toast from the toaster. A real gem! Sally and John, Somerset
Stayed for a week at the end of August. Superb apartment, enclosed patio area, ideal location, lovely hosts. So close to great beach, quiet and peaceful. Oh, and great weather too! Will definitley be returning.

Our 3rd visit to Sea Sounds and it now feels like home. The apartment is always spotless and comfortable and everything you need is at hand. Great location with dog friendly beach which Daisy loves. Hopefully we will be back again.
Stayed here with my wife , daughter , granddaughter and their dog. The location and facilities were excellent , including the lovely home made cake left for us, there was also milk ,water and juice left for us in the fridge. There is also BQ facilities on the patio area, and plenty of books to read, and DVD s to watch .

Enjoyed a 3 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Beautifully appointed and maintained apartment that really has it all. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay.
We have now stayed at this property 3 times and for a stay in this lovely part of the country we don't bother looking at other options. The place is always immaculate and also very comfortable with the hosts very friendly and helpful. This combined with the ideal location so close to the beach and other amenities make it the perfect place to stay. We will be back again next year subject to availability! Paul & Claire

Just back from a fabulous week at Sea Sounds with friends, dogs and family. All you could ever want from a home away from home with fantastic amenities.
Chocolate cake and provisions on arrival, great property, well equipped, two bathrooms most welcome, great wifi, board games, books, maps of local walks, recommendations for restaurants and days out, amazing location about two minutes from a blue flag beach, brilliant for dogs.
Would highly recommend to friends, couples, families, anyone!

We spent nine great days in sea sounds, the apartment is fantastic, a home from home. All of the little things you take for granted at home are there even milk and a cake for a drink as soon as we arrived. It is ideally situated for exploring Nolfolk with a wonderfull beach right on the doorstep which was just right for long walks with Bella my dog.
I cannot think of one thing that I would change in the apartment and will be booking again in the near future

This property exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that wasn't thought about. It was spacious, comfortable and beautifully situated to the beach. The added extras for us were: a welcome pack of provisions, homemade chocolate cake (lovely) and super soft towels.
Also ideal for a dog. Fully enclosed patio area, walking distance from part of beach where dogs allowed off lead all year round and lots of dog friendly pubs.
